Why this program exists
The reality of NCAA golf
Getting into an NCAA program is a life-long dream for players and parents. This goal often takes 4–8 years of hard work and dedication, and not everyone who tries gets the opportunity. After a player signs, the reaction can often be that it's time to relax and enjoy it — that the college program and coaches are going to take care of everything. Unfortunately, this really isn't how it works in NCAA golf.
College coaching staff isn't always supportive the way a private coach can be.
College coaches aren't always there to manage swing issues or short game technique.
Off-season development shifts to May–August for NCAA athletes.
College coaches aren't developing players — they want developed players.
Almost all NCAA Division 1 players utilize outside coaches for development.
Players within the team are competitive, and coaches are busy coordinating team events, recruiting new players, and travelling to events — they aren't always there for every player all the time. On top of that, freshmen and sophomores face much bigger challenges than they dealt with in junior golf:
What we do
We bridge the gap — not replace it
We are here to solve the disconnection between college coaches and players, and to help assist athletes who already have a lot on their plate — especially freshmen and sophomores. We aren't here to undermine or replace the college coaches you play for. In fact, we work with players privately and alongside college coaches so that the best version of the player is available to their team at all times. Coaches love working with private coaches who can take a little off their busy plates.

Who it's for
Available to graduates of the REIMERGOLF Development and Premium programs, as well as players who meet the proper criteria.
Max 6 players
Players are selected based on previous enrollments and current situations and goals — during the summer months prior to leaving for school. This is a custom program built around each player's unique goals.
Costs & commitments
Minimum 6-month commitment. Monthly cost program with no upfront costs — month-to-month after the original commitment.
Program expectations
How it works
During university season
- Weekly communication with REIMERGOLF via text, phone, FaceTime, or coaching apps
- Player-led check-ins — we know college athletes have demanding schedules and timing may shift week to week
- Flexible support — some weeks you'll need more than others, and demands change
When you're back home
- Weekly communication continues
- Option for in-person sessions whenever possible
- Off-season development focus — May through August
